Garlic Parmesan Bread

This Parmesan Garlic Pull Apart Bread is delicious! My kids devoured it! We love Little Cesar's Crazy Bread, and wanted to create something similar that was easy to make and just as tasty. I think we might even like this version better!

The garlic butter that is spread in between the layers bakes right into the bread without making it soggy. Since it uses Rhodes Frozen Rolls and has only four ingredients it is super easy to make and so yummy! Why don't we get started. I'll show you how to make it. First you need to spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Then place 16 frozen rolls on top of baking sheet taking care to space them out equally. Spray plastic wrap with cooking spray and lightly cover rolls with it. Set rolls in a warm place and thaw as directed on package. When dough has thawed and doubled in size melt 4 Tablespoons of butter in the microwave using 15 second intervals, stirring between each interval. When the butter has melted stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll or pat each roll into 4-inch circles.

Use a pastry brush to brush the top of each roll with a little of the melted garlic butter. You can also use a spoon to pour a little butter over the top and the back of it to spread the butter around if you don’t have a pastry brush.  Make sure to stir the butter so the garlic doesn't all sink to the bottom.

Sprinkle the dough with a little Parmesan cheese.

Fold the circle in half so it looks like a taco and place it in a greased 9x5-inch bread pan.

Repeat with the remaining 15 rolls, stacking each folded ‘taco’ next to each other.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place until doubled, 20-30 minutes. Make sure to reserve the left over garlic butter.

While waiting for the dough to rise, have a grownup help you preheat oven to 375 degrees. When the bread has doubled, have an adult help you put it in the oven and bake it for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and when pressed gently, the top springs back. An adult can help you check to see if it is done and take it out of the oven.

Carefully brush the top with a little more garlic butter, as much or little as you’d like, you might have a little left over, That's ok. Sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese. Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the bread and turn out onto a serving platter. Serve warm as is or with ranch, marinara sauce, or pizza sauce for dipping.

Does

n't that look delicious? And it was so easy! Give it a try and let us know what you think.
