I love to watch food shows on TV. Just about any show that involves food is good for me! I have one that I cannot wait for the new season and it revolves around crazy Fair and Carnival foods. Some foods on this show I would never in a million years even attempt to recreate. One carnival food that was featured on this show reminded me of my childhood. Spaghetti Pizza Pie. I had to make these mini because lets face it who doesn't love their own Mini Spaghetti Pizza Pie?

Mini Spaghetti Pizza Pie

As usual I love taking shortcuts anywhere I can. That is why I love using Rhodes Frozen Bread Dough.Plus a few other easy ingredients these pizza pies whip up in no time at all.

I planned ahead for this recipe and put one loaf of frozen bread dough in a zip lock bag and let it thaw in the refrigerator over night. The dough was still cold but it was perfect for making these mini Spaghetti Pizza Pies. Cutting the loaf of bread dough into 4 even portions was perfect for working with and it let the dough thaw just a bit more.

I rolled each piece of dough the size of my salad plates which are 6 inches. Perfect mini size pizzas!

I like to par bake the dough so it does not get soggy from the topping. They were baked in a 350 degree oven for about 5-7 minuets. While the dough is par baking, cook the spaghetti according to package directions. I used angel hair pasta but you can use regular spaghetti if you like. Drain pasta an add sauce to the pasta and coat liberally.

Remove the pizza crusts from the oven and top with the spaghetti and spread out, leaving about a 1/2 inch crust around the pizzas.
