This beautiful pull apart bread looks complicated and fancy, but it is so easy to make and so delicious. My kids loved helping me make and stack together the layers. And they really loved pulling off each layer to eat!

This Blueberry Cream Cheese Pull Apart Bread with a sweet lemon filling is the perfect addition to breakfast or brunch. Easy to make with Rhodes frozen dough!

All you need to make this beautiful bread is a thawed loaf of Rhodes frozen White Bread dough, some fresh blueberries, a lemon, softened cream cheese and a little honey.

This Blueberry Cream Cheese Pull Apart Bread with a sweet lemon filling is the perfect addition to breakfast or brunch. Easy to make with Rhodes frozen dough!

First, roll out the thawed bread dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Mix together 2 ounces of softened cream cheese, 1 teaspoon lemon zest and 1 tablespoon honey until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the bread dough and sprinkle on the fresh blueberries.

Ingredients

1 loaf Rhodes White Bread, thawed
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon honey

powdered sugar, for dusting
